Your first visit
Your free consultation gives you time to meet our team, understand your orthodontic needs and discuss your treatment options.
Please allow1–1.5 hours
Start by brushing your teeth at the office before your records and examination.
Our team takes the X-rays recommended for your evaluation and an iTero digital scan of your teeth.
In a private consultation room, Dr. Huang reviews your X-rays and iTero scan with you on a large screen. She explains her findings, discusses recommended treatment plans and answers your questions.
A team member presents the treatment fees and payment options. If you choose to proceed, our team helps you review and sign the treatment agreement.
Our Fountain Valley office brings together iTero scanning and 3D X-ray imaging for your initial orthodontic evaluation and treatment planning. You can return here for follow-up care, too.

Our VATECH digital imaging system helps Dr. Huang evaluate teeth and jaw structures as part of your orthodontic assessment. Different image types provide complementary views for treatment planning.
A broad view of the upper and lower teeth and jaws.
A side-view image to assess the relationship between teeth and jaws.
Cone beam computed tomography provides three-dimensional views when additional detail is needed.
Dr. Huang recommends the type of imaging based on your individual needs; a 3D scan is not required for every patient.

The building entrance is on the south side. Take the stairs on the left side of the entrance to the second floor.
Enter the hallway and continue all the way in. AiCare Orthodontics, Suite I, is on your left.
